I'm going to re-write my last post in bit different way, in past 1 year I have changed at lot.
I don't call myself a believer anymore, because I consider that a wrong word, I am a knower, person who knows God exists, that is because I have proof of God and anyone can have proof of God, it's right in front of you if you want it, if you choose to ignore it, it's your choice.
Proof is scientific, logical, testable and repeatable, it's a scientific proof, it's not a god of the gaps proof, where I would say "we don't know how the universe came into being so, God made it". That is lack of knowledge not proof.
Let us start with ground situation.
1. Mohammad (prophet of Islam) was a man with no education.
7:157 "Those who follow the messenger, the unlettered Prophet, whom they find mentioned in their own (scriptures),- in the law and the Gospel;- for he commands them what is just and forbids them what is evil; he allows them as lawful what is good (and pure) and prohibits them from what is bad (and impure); He releases them from their heavy burdens and from the yokes that are upon them. So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper."
2. Mohammad was born in a village of Makkah with population of about 2,000 people.
So he was a villager and uneducated villager, his level of knowledge would be of a villager of 650 A.D., i.e. he could maybe count but as books weren't so prevalent in those days he couldn't read and as most people who made things weren't educated he couldn't even read few things. I grew up in Saudi Arabia but I'm from India when I was young and would visit India, people would actually walk to me (I was like 9) these people would be old like 30+ and ask me what's the address written on the paper and how to get there, address would be in English, Hindi or Urdu and I could read all 3 scripts with no problem but this guy who is 30 or more couldn't so it wasn't long ago and I have seen people myself in my city in India that couldn't read, forget about understanding something.
3. Besides that it says Mohammad was a sheepherder, I don't know because I will not take historical unproven account into it as I know he was in Makkah and as Quran says (historical document if you want to consider) written in time of Mohammad, I will only take those things into account.
4. We are very much sure he wasn't a scientist of any sort as scientist came much later.
5. We are also sure he wasn't a bible scholar as he couldn't read, it's impossible to remember everything from bible as some people claim he was told about bible by someone on his trip to Syria and I'm not an expert but I know bible but I can't say what it has and what it doesn't even with my knowledge (whatever I have) and power of internet in my hands.
If a person like this walks from village to me and tells me, "You know moon is made of cheese", it's not that I would laugh at him, I would actually ignore him, I wouldn't bother listening to him because I know he has no knowledge and listening to him is waste of my time. Now not only that he says, you know Sun is made of up Orange juice, I would actually tell him to get lost.
This is if a guy from Village tells me this, but if someone in scientific society says "Universe came from nothing", people actually think about it, maybe the guy is right, I bought a book and read it 2 times, maybe the guy is saying something I don't understand let me read it again.
So the guy from village has no creditability in whatever he says but assuming the guy from village was right, moon was made up of cheese, you wouldn't say the villager actually had a calculations that proved him this, you would say he heard it from somewhere or someone told him, because no way he could come up with such an amazing discovery by himself. Then what if Sun was made of orange juice was correct too, you would say either the guy from village was brilliant, much smarter than people of his time but there is no way he made this discovery he must have heard it or just got 2 out of 2 lucky guesses.
2 out of 2 lucky guesses are impossible.
Here is what Quran says:
21:30 Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were of one piece, then We parted them, and we made every living thing of water? Will they not then believe?
Let us see first of all it's a challenge, "Have not those who (disbelieve) rejected known"?
First of all this information was impossible for someone to know at that time, so surely they didn't know so this information is for us today, some how Mohammad knew that this information will be available long time from now and it's like a villager challenging us, "Those who reject me don't they know" something they didn't really know, so he is saying about future.
The village guy isn't only challenging you but also saying that in future they would know this because for sure they didn't know at that time. This is not only weird but insulting, personally if a village guy who had no education would tell me this, I would actually ask him to get lost.
Einstein in 1919 presented his theory of General Relativity, where he had to add a small constant called Cosmological Constant, because in that time it was known that universe is static, it has never changed and according to GR, universe was dynamic, so he added CC to make it static, forcing it to stop expanding or contracting.
Soon Edwin Hubble discovered that our universe is expanding and galaxies are moving apart, going away from each other. Later theory of Big Bang was made on this principle that universe started from a very small primordial atom, that has expanded into our current state. So everything in the universe was "joined together".
Today we have theory of 4D universe and string theory says we started with a collusion of branes, great but everything has one thing in common "everything was joined together".
Village guy says "The heavens and the Earth were one piece then it was parted them", doesn't matter what theory you fit it into, it gives the same answer. The Village guy was right.
We visit Mars these days not personally but we send lots of robots, these robots do many experiments to search for water, why are we looking for water on Mars, I'm sure we don't need more water but we understand that if there is water on Mars there would be life. Last year they dug a hole in Antarctica that linked to a lake below ice and found life on it.

We have found life around Hydrothermal vents in the sea where light doesn't even get to, temperatures are almost freezing and on other extreme the temperatures are 300 Deg C, life lives on the edges of these vents.
The villager said "And every living thing is made out of or of water". Simple statements which we didn't even know in 1975.
Now we know there is no way for an uneducated villager to be right in 2 out of 2 guesses and that too "Exactly" right, so he must've heard this from someone else.
Who?
Let us put who at that time could have told him this.
1. Alien
2. Time traveller from future
3. God
1. If Alien told him this, first of all Aliens have to know Arabic to talk to him, that means they visit us all the time, putting us in that place we can't even talk to Apes and our DNA is 98.5% same, so if you just believe in Aliens it's like just believing in God (without proof), Book doesn't say it's from Aliens, Mohammad didn't say aliens told him this, so overall it can't be aliens.
2. Time Traveller concept is unproven and stupid, we haven't met any time traveller till today, why would he travel back in time to a guy in 650 AD and give him the information and change future? The whole idea of time travel is illogical.
3. God... The book says it's from God, the information is very accurate, Mohammad says the book is from God, so I have no problem agreeing to that.
Because that is the only logical conclusion.
Now if book is from God, then there is God.
I don't call myself a believer anymore, because I consider that a wrong word, I am a knower, person who knows God exists, that is because I have proof of God and anyone can have proof of God, it's right in front of you if you want it, if you choose to ignore it, it's your choice.
